Anyone under the Age of 14 MUST BE accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. Adventure tour participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian signature to participate. All passengers must be over 38" in height and at least 3 years old. Additional weight/size restrictions may apply

1. You must complete a waiver to participate.

2. This attraction is operated by a trained driver/guide. Participants are NOT permitted to drive the vehicle under any circumstances.

3. You must be over 38" tall and at least 3 years old to ride.

4. Riders aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Follow tour signage and operator's instructions at all times.

6. Secure loose items or clothing that could be lost or snagged on protruding objects. Tie long hair into a bun, not a pony tail.

7. Seatbelts and helmets must be worn at all times on the tour.

8. Sit upright at all times and keep feet and hands inside while the vehicle is in motion.

9. Do not participate while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

10. Participants must be in good health. Those with a heart condition, back or neck injuries, vertigo or inner ear issues, a fear of heights, pregnant, or any physical or mental condition that could be aggravated MUST NOT participate.

11. Any questions regarding this attraction or your ability to participate safely should be addressed to the operator prior to the start of the tour. If you have any doubt (no matter how slight) about the tour, please DO NOT participate.
